Blake, Zach and Andy head to the woods to train for an ultra-triathlon while Mary and Katy hold down the bar. A new hire, a tap malfunction, and a surprise inspection put the ladies in a tight spot. In the woods things aren’t going much better for the gents. We celebrate some of our favorite female songwriters and we welcome special guest Jessie Erickson of Runa Yoga, plus an appearance from Duluth Mayor, Emily Larson.
